About

Lucence Limited is a Hong Kong company that builds data products on advocacy intelligence, environmental risk, air quality and remote sensing.

The name comes from an old adjective: lucence, mid-15th century, “shining, bright, luminous.”

Current products include the Effective Advocacy Project, which helps advocates inform strategy with evidence, and the Environmental Risk Profiler, originally a spin-off from China Water Risk and ADM Capital Foundation. Other work includes air-pollution deweathering and remote-sensing change detection.
